What the classes are
The studio's classes are almost all reformer pilates, and nearly every one works the core and pelvic floor. Reformer power is a dynamic full body workout that applies pilates principles to build strength, posture and stability. Reformer burn goes further, with athletic exercises that ask for control and endurance.
Reformer cardio uses a rebounder, a small trampoline, for energetic full body sessions with gentle but intense jumps. Reformer mums and bubs is built for pre and postnatal needs, supporting core, pelvic floor and back, with babies welcome in the room.
How the week runs
Most classes take place in the morning, with about half of the timetable at that time of day, and about a third fall in the evening. Around a fifth of the classes run at weekends. Monday, Thursday and Friday are the busiest days. The earliest class starts at 7:45am and the latest at 7:15pm, with popular start times at 9am, 10:30am, 6pm and 7:15pm.
