Haukilahti

Haukilahti has one studio, Pilates Espoo Oy, and the classes here are almost all Pilates. Reformer Pilates carries much of the timetable, with a few mat classes and some stronger sessions. Many are for experienced practitioners, a handful are open to all levels, and classes lean slightly toward mornings, with evenings close behind.
