What is taught here

Yoga is the core of the studio, and flow is its most common style, with classes built around moving continuously from one pose to the next. Strong and strength classes make up about one in ten classes each, for those who want more effort in their practice. Restore, yin and calm classes offer a slower pace for rest, and prenatal and kids classes cover those life stages.

At the edges of the timetable there are a few pilates, mat pilates, meditation and sound bath sessions.

How the week runs

Classes are spread across the day, with about a fifth before 9am and about a fifth at midday. The busiest starts are at 9:30am, 12:30pm, 3:30pm and 6:30pm, and Wednesday, Sunday and Monday carry the most classes. Weekend classes make up about a fifth of the timetable.

The facilitators with the most classes include Eliana Mandelblum, Ola Kulus, Emily Faber, Allison Targonski and Julia O'Donnell, among a couple of dozen who lead here.
