What is taught here
The core of the timetable is reformer pilates, offered as foundation, intermediate, open level and experienced classes. Alongside these you will find barre, mat pilates in a dynamic format, and strength work on the reformer. Stretch and recovery classes sit within the same range, giving the timetable a steady balance between effort and release.
The jumpboard reformer class adds a more energetic option for those who want to move with more intensity, and small group sessions offer a closer, more personal setting.
When the classes run
Classes start as early as 6:30am and as late as 8pm, with about half of the timetable falling in the morning. Noon, 8am, 6:30pm and 10am are the most common start times, and Wednesday, Friday and Monday see the most classes. Weekend classes make up about a fifth of the schedule.
Most classes run for 50 minutes, so a session fits easily around a working day. The studio also hosts a free run club and coffee social, which runs for 90 minutes.
