What the studio offers

Kinetic Pilates is a studio of a handful of rooms, with about ten facilitators across its timetable. Most of the classes are Pilates, with reformer and tower work leading and a smaller number of mat classes at intermediate and advanced levels. Advanced men's group equipment classes are also offered.

The classes are grounded in careful, controlled movement on the apparatus, and the 55-minute format keeps each session focused. Open level reformer and open level tower classes make it possible to join without prior experience.

How the week runs

Mornings carry about half the week's classes, starting at 9am, and evenings account for about a third, with the busiest start times at 6:30pm and 6:15pm. Weekends make up about a fifth of the schedule. Monday, Wednesday and Saturday are the busiest days.

The earliest start is 9am and the latest is 8:15pm, so the day can be built around work with a morning or evening session.
