Reformer Pilates for every stage
Most of the sessions are Pilates on the Reformer, and the studio offers a clear path into the method. The Fundamentals session introduces the machine from the beginning, while group sessions are labeled for beginners, mixed ability and intermediate students. A smaller share of classes is aimed at people with more experience.
The 2:1 duet session pairs two people with one facilitator, which suits friends, partners or anyone who would like more individual attention within a class.
Morning and evening sessions
Morning is the most common time to practice here, and the earliest class starts at 9:30am. Evening sessions follow, with the latest start at 7pm. Classes run through the week and are most often booked for Monday, Tuesday and Saturday.
Each class is typically 60 minutes, which gives a full session on the machine without a long commitment.
