Reformer Pilates in small groups

Nearly all of the classes at The Pilates Club are reformer Pilates, and nearly all are listed as all levels. The studio's signature class is a group reformer session that focuses on strength, flexibility and posture. A women's only class is also part of the timetable.

The studio is small enough that the facilitators, about ten in total, know their students. The facilitators with the most classes include Gayathri Balasubramaniam, Hazel Pithers, Chandni Jha and Beth Hawkins.

When classes run

The studio's day begins early, with more than half of its classes in the morning and about a fifth starting before 9am. The busiest start times are 7am, 8am, 9am and 10am. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday carry the most classes, and about a fifth of the timetable falls at the weekend.

Classes usually last an hour. The latest start is 7pm, so evening practice is available but less common than the morning schedule. About a third of classes can be booked with ClassPass.
