The Lymphatic Practice
In TripSpace’s words
Self-Lymphatic Drainage — Your Hands, Your Pace, Your Choice A guided introduction to self-lymphatic drainage and the foundational bodywork behind LYMPHLOVER. If you’ve joined one of Carli's. workshops before, this is an opportunity to return to the practice, deepen your understanding and explore the work further. If you’re new to lymphatic drainage, this is your starting point, offering clear, practical guidance on working with your own body through self-massage, palpation, skin movements and breathwork. We’ll explore the key areas that form the foundation of my practice, learning where to work, how to use your hands and why we follow a particular sequence. You’ll be guided through the practice, with time to explore, ask questions and notice what you feel. Come once to learn. Return to practise. Make the work your own. Your hands. Your pace. Your choice. How to Prepare: Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Loose trousers, leggings or a crop top all work well. Avoid anything too tight. You can work over your clothing, underneath a loose T-shirt or directly on your skin with a little oil. It’s entirely up to you and what feels comfortable. If you’d like to use oil or cream, please bring a small amount from home. Something simple, such as rosehip or coconut oil, works well. This is a guided self-practice, so you’ll be using your own hands throughout the session. If you tend to feel cold, bring an extra layer or a pair of socks. The studios are generally warm, but your comfort matters. You’re also welcome to message us beforehand if there’s anything that would help you feel more at ease.
