What the studio offers
Most classes here are yoga, with hot yoga the most common style after it. Vinyasa, hatha and yin each have a regular place in the week, and flow and restore classes offer a different pace. Meditation sessions appear alongside the movement classes, so a visit can be as still or as active as you like.
Some class names carry a studio or @HOME label, which points to versions that echo what is taught in the studio.
How the week runs
Mornings carry more than half of the classes, with starts at 7:30am and 9:30am being the most common. Evenings bring about a third of the timetable, with 6:30pm and 7:45pm the busiest. Weekend classes make up about a fifth of the schedule, and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday are the busiest days.
The typical class runs about an hour, and the longer sessions, around 75 to 90 minutes, are good for a slower, more involved practice.
