What the studio offers

Yoga Rocks offers dozens of classes each week across a handful of studios. Yoga is the main practice, followed by Pilates. Sweat-led and hot classes make up a large part of the schedule, and gentle, yin and restorative sessions give you slower options.

The classes are available at many times of day. Mornings from 7am and evenings up to 7:30pm are both well covered, with a smaller number of sessions at midday and at weekends.

Who leads the classes

Classes are led by a couple of dozen facilitators. Ella Marjorie Betts, Anna Kirakowska, Borsha Bozok, Celeste Mayor-Hollins and Rich Holmes all teach a large number of sessions, so you can find a facilitator who suits your preferred style.

If you are new to the studio, a gentle or yin class with one of these facilitators is a straightforward place to begin before moving on to the hot or sweat-based sessions.
