How the week runs
The studio's week leans toward the start of the day. More than half its classes fall in the morning, and about a third begin before 9am, with the first starts at 5:30am. Evenings are present too, with the latest class beginning at 7pm, and a few classes sit around midday. Weekends carry about a fifth of the schedule.
Friday, Sunday and Tuesday are the busiest days, and the start times that fill most often are 5:30am, 8:30am, 8:45am and 9am.
What the classes are
Yoga is the core of the timetable, and flow and strength classes come close behind. Heated classes are a distinct thread, with hot yoga, heated VinyAHHsa flow and hot Pilates all on the schedule. Sculpt, barre and core and pelvic floor classes add a more toned, strength-focused side, while gentle, calm, restore and yin classes offer a slower option.
The studio also runs chair yoga and a level for a first class ever, so there is room to start with something gentle and build from there.
