What the practice is built around
Pilates is the center of the timetable here, and nearly all classes are pilates. Strength and strong classes come next, so the work tends to build muscle and endurance alongside control. A smaller number of classes focus on core and pelvic floor, joints and mobility, flexibility, and restore.
The fullbody class is a high-intensity 50-minute session aimed at longer, leaner muscles, with each muscle group worked to fatigue. The flexibility class is gentler, blending active and passive stretching with mindful movement.
How the week runs
Most classes begin in the morning, and the busiest starts are 9am and 10am. The evening also has a steady place in the week, with 5pm and 7:30pm among the common start times. Weekend classes make up about a fifth of the schedule.
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday are the busiest days. Classes start as early as 7am and as late as 7:30pm, and most last about 50 minutes.
