A flow-led schedule with quieter options
Most of what is on offer is flow-based yoga, and vinyasa shows up more than any other style. The morning classes, such as Good Morning Yoga and Rise and Shine Yoga, are joyful flows that stretch and strengthen the whole body, while Let Go and Flow is built around the breath and runs in both 60 and 75 minute versions.
For slower practice, Deep Stretch Flow moves from a heat-building flow into long, deep stretching, and Deep Stretch Yin with Self Massage holds supported stretches for 3 to 5 minutes using bolsters and padded cushions.
Candlelight evenings and sound
The evening classes are where the studio's character is most visible. The candlelight classes, including Candlelight Sound Bath and the yin classes with massage or sound, take place in a softly lit space meant for slowing down. Restorative Yoga with Massage asks you to hold passive poses with bolsters, blankets and blocks.
Breathwork, meditation and sound sessions give a different kind of practice, with pranayama and gong and bowl sound used to settle the mind. These classes suit people who want a calmer end to the day.
