What the studio offers

Most of the schedule is yoga-based and gentle, and nearly every class sits in that range. Slow Down: Stretch and Release uses mats and props, not pilates equipment, and is built around holding still and finding ease in the body.

Pilates appears in a smaller share of classes. Balance Focused Class mixes pilates, rehabilitation-inspired exercises and yoga, and is designed to build strength and reduce the risk of falls. Full body (Lvl 2+) moves from foundations toward more advanced work as the class continues.

When to practice

Classes are mostly at midday, with about one in ten in the morning and about one in ten on weekends. Monday, Thursday and Friday are the busiest days. Start times range from 10am to 4:30pm, and there are no evening or pre-9am classes.

All classes are listed as one hour. Most of the studio's activity is concentrated in the early afternoon, so people with daytime availability will find the most options here.
