What the classes are

Parza Pilates offers a mix of practices. Fluid Control and Cardio Flow run as Pilates-based flow, while Power Flow and Power yoga bring a stronger pace. Stretch Flow and Restore, along with restorative sessions, make up the calmer end of the timetable, and a few classes focus on flexibility and mobility.

Most of the classes are gentle in energy, and the labels help you choose. Level 1 beginner classes sit alongside intermediate options, and the beginner plus sessions bridge the two for people who want a bit more challenge.

How the week runs

The studio runs a steady week, with a heavier load on Saturday, Thursday and Sunday. Mornings carry the most classes, starting as early as 8am, and evenings run until a 7pm start. Around a third of the classes fall on weekends, which gives you options if weekdays are tight.

The facilitators who lead the most classes are Lara, Sofia, Gev, Grace, Christina, Stephanie and Sheri. Their names appear across many of the class times, so you can pick a regular time and see who is teaching it.
