Pilates on the reformer and mat
Pilates is nearly all of what the studio teaches, and reformer classes make up more than half of the timetable. Sessions cover a range of formats, from Reformer Class Level 1 and all levels reformer work to mat Pilates and red light mat Pilates. Classes with springboard, springwall and trampoline also appear, so the reformer can be approached from several directions.
For a first class, Pilates ALL Levels and reformer springwall all levels are the clearest starting points. Facilitators such as Sara Goldin, ebany rivas and Nikita Mae Puyat lead many of the sessions and are a good place to begin when choosing a time.
When classes run
The studio runs most of its classes in the morning, with more than half starting before noon. The busiest start times are 8am, 9am and 10am, and the day opens as early as 7am. Evening classes make up about a third of the week, with 5pm among the most common start times and the latest class beginning at 7pm.
Weekend classes are a small part of the week, so most people practicing here will be planning around weekday schedules. Monday, Thursday and Friday are the busiest days, and a full set of options is easiest to find on those days.
