What the studio practices
Almost every class at reformacore is pilates, and most of them use the reformer. The cadillac tower and the stability chair appear across the timetable as well, giving the sessions a clear structure and a consistent feel from one class to the next.
Beyond the core practice there are a few specialized options. GLUTES + ABS focuses entirely on the glutes and deep abdominal work, and the Cardio Jump Board class uses a rebounder for a low-impact but energetic session.
Levels and when classes run
Most classes are open to all levels, which means beginners and intermediate or advanced clients can practice together. For people who already have pilates experience, there is an intermediate and advanced class where you learn more challenging exercises and can progress them at your own pace.
Most of the week's sessions start in the morning, with the earliest at 7am and the busiest starts around 8am, 9am and 10am. Evening classes are fewer, and the latest start is 6:30pm. Wednesday, Monday and Thursday are the busiest days.
