Yoga, strength and recovery
The studio's classes are organized around three areas: yoga, strength and recovery. Yoga covers dynamic flow, slow flow with candlelit atmosphere and guided meditation. Strength sessions, called Rebel Fit, combine bodyweight work, weights and cardio, and the studio also offers mat Pilates and sculpt classes. Recovery classes go beyond a standard stretch, using deep stretch and myofascial release to ease tension.
Flow is the most common style, followed by mobility, stretch and gentle classes. Restorative, core and pelvic floor, and power yoga classes make up a smaller part of the week.
When classes run
Most classes begin in the morning, with an early 6am start and a sunrise power flow among the options. Evenings are also active, with the last class starting around 7:15pm. Midday is quiet, with no classes listed in that window. Monday, Tuesday and Saturday carry the most classes.
Most classes last 60 minutes, while the strength sessions run 45 minutes. Each class is taught in English.
