El Goloso, a district in Fuencarral-El Pardo, has one studio, Power Hot Yoga Madrid, and its classes center on hot yoga and vinyasa flow. Most are open to all levels, with breathwork, mindfulness and a little mobility and stretch alongside. Classes lean to evenings, with mornings close behind and a smaller share on weekends.
