The practice at Horizon Yoga
Vinyasa is the style you are most likely to find here, with about half of the classes built around it. Swanbourne Vinyasa Yoga and Swanbourne Slow Flow sit beside Cottesloe Scout Centre Vinyasa and Power Yoga, giving a range from steady flow to stronger, more demanding sessions.
The slower side of the timetable is also well established. Yin, Yin & Yang, Restorative and Yin Sound Healing are all part of the week, with Cottesloe Scout Centre Restorative & Sound Healing and sound bath sessions adding a more meditative tone.
How the week runs
Morning is the heart of the week, with more than half of the classes starting before noon. The busiest start times are 8:30am, 9:15am and 6am, and the early sessions are the ones most people come to. Evenings carry a smaller share, with a busy start at 6pm.
Most classes run an hour, so a session fits neatly before or after a working day. Weekend classes make up about a fifth of the timetable.
