The range of classes
The studio's classes cover a broad range of movement. Yoga is the most common, with vinyasa flow and yoga with weights alongside it. Pilates and barre sit close behind, and there is a focus on core and pelvic floor work. Flow and strong classes give the schedule a more energetic side.
Among the classes are MAC Power Cycle, MAC HIGH Fitness, MAC Run Club and a special 80's dress-up step class, so the timetable moves between quiet and high-energy work.
How the week runs
Most classes take place in the evening, with starts from 5pm through 6:15pm. A smaller share falls in the morning, beginning at 9am, and about a third of the week's classes are on weekends. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are the busiest days.
A good number of facilitators teach here, and a handful of them lead most of the classes. Ben Borsellino, the studio's namesake trainer, is one of them.
