What the classes feel like

The schedule is built around power yoga. Elevate Power Yoga 1 Foundations, Elevate Power Yoga 1.5 Intermediate and Elevate Power Yoga 2 form a clear progression, with lightly heated and hot versions of the second level as well. Elevate Fit Flow and Elevate Group Training Run bring a more athletic, sweat-forward feel to the week.

For slower days, Elevate Yin Yoga, Cosmic Elevate Restorative and meditation classes offer a quieter counterpoint. Elevate Heated Hatha and Kundalini classes also appear, so the range reaches from strength to stillness.

How the week runs

The studio runs a full morning and evening schedule. More than half of the classes start before noon, with 8:30am and 10am among the busiest start times, and about a third fall in the evening, with 5:30pm and 7pm the most common. The earliest class begins at 6am and the last at 7pm. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday see the most classes.

Weekend classes are present but make up a smaller share of the week. Children's Yoga 3-10 Year Olds is a regular part of the timetable for younger practitioners and their families.
