What the studio offers

Pilates is at the centre of the timetable here, and nearly every class falls within it. Reformer classes are the most common, and mat pilates appears regularly as well. Most sessions are labelled all levels, which makes the studio a practical place to start if you are new to pilates or returning after a break.

Alongside the pilates work, there are a few mobility and stretch sessions and some calmer classes aimed at rest and recovery. These sit comfortably alongside the stronger sessions, so you can build a week that mixes effort with slower work.

Timing and who leads

Most classes begin in the morning, with 6am as the earliest start and 9am and 7am among the busiest times. In the evening, 6:30pm and 5:30pm are common, and the latest class starts at 7:30pm. The studio does not run any passes, so each class is booked on its own.

A handful of facilitators lead the bulk of the sessions, including Tessa Moseley, Teri Glazer and Hannah Lasky. Because the group is small, you will often find the same instructors across the week, which can help you settle into a rhythm.
