What is taught here
Nearly all of the classes here are Pilates, and the reformer runs through much of the schedule. About a fifth of the classes use the reformer as a style, and the work ranges from fundamentals and full-body sessions to dynamic classes built around balance and burn.
The studio also offers strength, core and pelvic floor work, and a few mobility and stretch classes. Strong, sweat and balance classes make up a smaller share, so the timetable stays focused on Pilates at its core.
How the week runs
The studio's day begins early. About half of its classes start before 9am, with 6am and 6:50am among the most common start times, and the busiest days are Wednesday, Monday and Friday. Around a third of the classes fall in the evening, and the latest start is 6:50pm.
Weekend classes are only about one in ten of the schedule, so the rhythm of the studio is mostly a weekday one.
