What is practiced here

Pilates is the heart of RITUEL, making up more than half of its classes. Mat Pilates, Pilates Flow, Pilates Boost and Strength Endurance sit alongside each other, so a practice can build from steady, controlled movement to something more demanding.

The yoga here is quieter. Yin 45 offers long holds for the hips and back, and Slow Flow classes move at a measured pace. Meditation and restore classes are offered in the same timetable for those who want a slower end to the day.

How the week runs

Most classes take place before midday, and more than half of the timetable falls in the morning. Early classes begin at 6am, with busier starts at 7am and 9:30am. Evenings are present too, with a busy slot at 5:30pm and classes running until 7:30pm.

Weekends make up about a fifth of the classes. Friday, Wednesday and Sunday are the days when the timetable is busiest, so the studio is a good match for regular weekly practice.
