What the studio offers
Most of the timetable is yoga, from gentle and restorative classes to ashtanga and dynamic flow. Slow Flow and Therapeutic Yoga sit alongside Yin + Sound Relaxation and Traditional Hatha Yoga, so you can match the class to how your body feels that day.
The classes are spread across the day, with most starting in the morning and a good number in the early evening. The studio has a handful of practices outside yoga, including sound bath, which is a different way to end a working day.
Finding a time that fits
Morning classes are the backbone of the week, and the 9:30am and 10am starts are among the most common. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday carry the most classes, so these days give you the widest choice of times.
For evening practice, the 5pm and 6pm starts are the busiest, and the latest class begins at 7pm. Weekend classes are few, so plan a weekday if you want a regular slot.

What kinds of classes are on offer?
Nearly every class is a yoga class. About a fifth are gentle and about one in ten are restorative. A few are ashtanga, yin, hatha or sound bath, and some carry a calm feeling in their description.
When do most people practice here?
More than half of the classes fall in the morning, and about a third in the evening. Few run at midday, and none start before 9am. The busiest start times are 9:30am, 10am, 5pm and 6pm, and the busiest days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Is there a good starting point for beginners?
