What the classes are
Most of the week is strength and cardio. Step classes, Tabata, Abdos Fesses Cuisses and Définition Musculaire appear often, with a clear split between beginner, intermediate and advanced levels in the class names.
Yoga has its place too. Yoga Restaurateur and Yin are slower options, and Stretching and Restore classes give the body a calmer end to a busy day.
When classes run
Evenings carry most of the timetable. Start times cluster around 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 7:30pm, with a smaller set of classes at noon and in the morning from 10am. Weekends are not part of the schedule.
Thursday, Friday and Monday see the most classes, so those are the days to expect a fuller room.

How long are the classes?
Most classes last 45 minutes, which makes them easy to fit between work and the evening.
