What the classes are

The studio's classes are mostly built around early parenthood. Postnatal courses, including Rückbildung classes that health insurers recognize, sit next to parent and child classes such as babymassage and the FenKid courses, which are grouped by age from three months to eighteen months. The FenKid classes give parents a prepared space to spend time with their baby or toddler, with short inputs on early development.

For parents who are not yet ready for a full class, there is a playgroup in English for children aged twelve to eighteen months, and open play sessions. Core and pelvic floor work is also common, alongside a smaller number of strength, pilates and barre classes.

Languages, facilitators and timing

Nearly all the classes are taught in English. The facilitators who teach the most classes include Nadine, Anna B., Alison, Katharina and Anika, and the studio has about ten facilitators in total. Classes usually last around 75 minutes, with some shorter and longer sessions.

Most people come for a class during the morning or midday, and the busiest start times are around 9:30am, 1pm, 3:30pm and 6:30pm. Evening sessions are fewer but available, with the latest start at 7:45pm.
