The shape of the week

The studio's schedule leans toward the evening. More than half of its classes begin after work, and the busiest starts are 5:45pm, 7:30pm, 8:15pm and 3pm. Weekend classes are fewer, and the busiest days of the week are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Morning classes are fewer but present, with the earliest class starting at 8am. Most classes last 60 minutes, while some of the mat pilates, danceworkout and linedance classes run for 45 minutes.

Dance, pilates and movement

Commercial dance blends new style, funk, jazz and street dance, and the commercial crew training brings the same mix to adults preparing for shows and competitions. Jazz dance draws on modern and contemporary movement, and heels dance teaches choreography in high heels at foundation and intermediate levels.

For a slower pace, mat pilates and morning workout focus on flexibility, core strength and stretching, with the morning class combining barre and stretching. Cheer dance and cheerleading add acrobatics and teamwork.
