What the academy practices
The academy is built around meditation. Almost all of its classes are meditation of some kind, most often aimed at calm and focus. Mornings carry the schedule: the morning meditation runs live over Zoom from Monday to Friday, and the earliest classes begin at 7:45am.
Beyond meditation, the academy also teaches channeling, tarot and an open heilkreis. The heart meditation is a mental practice for understanding and shaping your own thoughts and feelings, and the advanced medial circle goes deeper into it.
Who leads and who it suits
Kristina leads the academy, with Mara Zarges and Susanne also teaching a large share of the classes. The open heilkreis welcomes all students of the academy, whether or not they are in a particular course. A friday question-and-answer session, also live over Zoom, gives students a chance to bring their own questions.
For a first step, the beginner heilkreis course is designed for people who feel a pull toward this work but are not yet sure how to begin.

What kind of classes does the studio offer?
The classes lean toward meditation, with calm and focus as the feelings most often named. Some are for experienced practitioners, and a few are open to all levels or made for a first class.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes. A few classes are marked as first class ever, and there is a beginner course in the heilkreis, a practice of inner alignment and clarity. It is a good place to start if this is new to you.
What language are the classes in?
The classes are taught in German. Their names and descriptions are in German, so it helps to read a little of the language before booking.
How long are the classes?
Most classes run about 25 minutes, and the longer ones go up to 90 minutes. The masterclass in tarot is an hour, and the medial circle for advanced practitioners runs around 70 minutes.
