What the studio offers

Reformer pilates is the core of what reformaré teaches. Most classes use the reformer, a sliding bed with springs and straps, and the work builds strength, stability and control through the whole body. Nearly all classes fall under pilates, and a few are strength-focused. Some classes are marked for experienced practitioners, and about a third of the classes carry a strong energy, with more complex combinations and more flow.

The studio also offers a 20-minute Recovery Session with Recovery Boots and LED light therapy, which is a shorter, restful complement to the Reformer work.

How the week runs

Classes run from 7am to 7:05pm, and most of the week's sessions fall in the morning and at midday. The busiest days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Most classes last 50 minutes, so the timing is easy to plan around a working day.

Facilitators Alina, Jennifer, Jeanette, Lisa, Nela, Tanja, Charlotte, Veronica and Johannes lead most of the classes. Classes are taught in German, and there are no pass options listed for booking.
