What the classes are
The studio is built around reformer pilates, and most classes lean toward strength and the core and pelvic floor. The Reformer base classes explain the equipment and simplify the exercises, which suits people who are new to it. The Reformer burn classes are more powerful full-body flows for people who already know the apparatus. Prenatal and postnatal classes are taught with adapted exercises for each stage.
The studio also offers small extras that give the classes a particular feel. Some sessions include a complimentary matcha, cappuccino or espresso after class, and a calmer evening class uses candlelight and relaxed music to close a day.
