About STONEBITE STUDIOS

stonebite studios sits in Neupasing, on Peter-Anders-Straße in Munich, and its schedule is built around movement that asks for control and strength. Pilates, handstand and gymnastics share the timetable with lyrical and jazz dance, so a practice here can be quiet and precise or bright and rhythmic. Most of the week falls in the evening, which suits people who want to move after work.

It suits you if

  • you want to learn a handstand slowly
  • you prefer evening classes after work
  • you like choreography set to music

Pilates, handstand and gymnastics

Pilates is the main thread of the studio. Power pilates pushes the same principles harder, with more dynamic movement. Classes often use small equipment such as balls, weights and bands on the mat, and the focus stays on controlled movement, conscious breathing and work on the core and pelvic floor.

The handstand and gymnastics classes are where the studio becomes physical in another way. Handstand I and the open level handstand class work on the steps toward a balanced hold, and the gymnastics skills and strength class combines strength training with the preparation for gymnastic skills, building body tension, mobility and coordination together.

Dance and classes for younger students

Lyrical and jazz dance make up a strong part of the timetable. Lyrical blends contemporary with the energy of jazz dance, and the classes move from a short warm-up with technical elements into a set choreography. The levels run from I to III, and the jazz classes lean on clear lines, accents and strong positions.

For younger students, there are teen classes such as the hoop class for ages 11 and up. A trial lesson for kids and teens can be arranged by email or through the studio's form, and each person can take up to two trial lessons.
