What is taught at Studio-P
Nearly all the classes at Studio-P are Pilates. The timetable includes Pilates on the apparatus, Pilates on the mat and personal training, and most sessions are open to all levels. Gyrotonic appears as a single 60-minute class, which gives the week a second kind of movement.
The studio runs about ten facilitators. Freya Serrer, Astrid Kiener, Astrid Eyding, Antonia Thamm, Natalia, Malena Menendez and Bettina Osterwind lead the largest share of the sessions, so the same faces tend to return across the week.
How the week is shaped
About half of the classes start in the morning, and about a third fall in the evening. Midday and early-morning slots before 9am are fewer, each taking roughly one in ten sessions. The busiest start times are 10am, 11am, noon and 8pm, and the earliest class begins at 7:30am.
Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays carry the most classes. No sessions are scheduled at weekends, so the studio fits a weekday routine.
