What the classes are
Reformer is the studio's main practice, and more than half of the classes are taught on the reformer. Mat Pilates makes up about a fifth of the schedule, and a few classes are built around sweat, including Cardio Jumpboard and HIIT Pilates. Reformer/Tower and 20/20/20 round out the range.
The studio is a Pilates space first, so most of what you will find here is Pilates in one form or another.
How the week runs
The studio's classes are a steady presence through the week, with dozens of sessions across a handful of facilitators. Mornings hold about half of the classes, with the first start at 8:30am, and evenings take about a third, with the last start at 7pm. Midday and weekend classes are fewer, each about one in ten.
For a visit on a weekday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are the busiest days. Booking directly with the studio is the way to reserve a place.
