What the studio offers

Chaise Fitness is built around its Reinvention Method and the fundamentals of Pilates. The aim is a stronger core and a clearer connection between mind and body. Private and duet sessions are available in person on the reformer, Cadillac, chair and ladder barrel.

Small group classes keep numbers low, so each person gets individual attention. The studio also offers combinations with TRX for those who want to add strength work to their Pilates practice.
