When classes run

The studio's timetable leans toward the start of the day. Most classes begin in the morning, with 9am, 10am and 11am among the most common start times. Evening classes begin at 6:30pm, which is also the latest start on the schedule. About a third of the classes fall on weekends.

Thursday, Tuesday and Saturday are the busiest days, so those are the sessions to book early if you have a preferred time.

What the classes are

Reformer Pilates is the core of the schedule, and nearly all of the classes use the reformer. Most are pitched at an experienced level. Alongside these, Elite Body Pilates offers a few mat classes, including a family mat Pilates session that is about 45 minutes long, which sets it apart from the rest of the timetable.

The studio is a small team, with a handful of facilitators. Delphine Blue, Pamela Valette, Jessie Hernandez and Mary Foster lead the most classes, so you will often find the same faces across the week.
