How the classes are built
Most classes are an hour long. Many are named for their mix, such as Legs, Arms & Core Stretch, HIIT, Row, Lunge, Bands, Dumbells, Stretch, or Strengthen, Lengthen & Tone. Others lean toward a theme, like Hits of 80s & 90s Row or SundayFundayRow. The variety means the studio can work for a steady routine or for trying something new each week.
When classes run
The schedule leans toward mornings and evenings. About a third of classes start in the morning and about a third in the evening, with the rest spread across midday. Classes before 9am make up about one in ten, and weekend sessions are a small share of the total. The busiest start times are noon, 11am, 7:30pm and 5:30pm.
Classes are offered across the week, with Thursday, Tuesday and Monday the busiest days.
