3-Hour Immersive Breathwork Journey Emotional Release & Expanded Consciousness Join us for a powerful 3-hour breathwork journey designed to take you beyond the thinking mind and into a deeper experience of yourself. Through continuous, rhythmic breathing and carefully selected music, you'll be guided through a gradually intensifying experience that can help release deeply held emotions, shift stagnant energy, and open the door to expanded states of awareness. We begin with 20 minutes of slow, gentle breathing, allowing your body and mind to settle into the experience. The breathing gradually becomes faster and more intense, creating an opportunity for deep emotional release, personal insights, and profound shifts in awareness. During the final 30 minutes, we return to slow, gentle breathing, allowing the experience to settle and integrate. We conclude with an opportunity for reflection and group sharing. This is not an ordinary relaxation class. It's an opportunity to explore yourself on a deeper level, move through emotions that may have been difficult to access, and discover what lies beyond your everyday state of mind. Every journey is different. Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
