What the studio offers

Physique BK keeps a steady focus on Pilates. The timetable includes Mat Pilates, a core class built around the abdominals and pelvic floor, and several strength formats that use weights, bands and the ball. Yoga, breathwork and somatic movement are present too, though less often.

Most classes run for about an hour. Yoga Strength is longer at 75 minutes, and a free workshop on activating the core and pelvic floor runs for 45 minutes.

How the week runs

Mornings carry most of the week, with the earliest class at 7:30am and clusters of starts at 8:30am and 9:30am. Evenings have a smaller share, with the busiest start at 6:30pm and the latest at 7:30pm. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday are the days when the most classes run.

The studio's own website, physiquebk.com, lists the current schedule and how to book, and classes are taken directly through the studio.
