What the studio offers

Pilatesgarage is a small studio with a handful of spaces and about ten facilitators. The work centers on Pilates, mostly on the mat, with a focus on the core and the pelvic floor. Roughly a third of the classes address that area directly, and a few are gentle or built around balance.

The class sizes are kept small. The in-person hybrid mat class is limited to a few people in the studio, with a few more joining from home.

How the week runs

The week leans toward mornings, and about half of the classes start before noon. The earliest class begins at 9am, and the latest at 7pm. Weekends carry about a third of the schedule, with Saturday, Sunday and Friday the busiest days. Most classes run about an hour, and the 45-minute low impact standing movement class is the shortest option.

If you want an evening session, the 7pm hybrid mat class is one to look at. Nothing on the schedule requires a pass, so you can book single classes as you go.
