What the classes are
Pilates is the practice at the centre of hundred. Reformer classes are the most common, and the studio also runs tower, chair, circuit and mat sessions. Its classes move through clear levels, from niveau 1 to niveau 3, so you can build on what you learned before. The studio also runs a pre-natal class and a welcome class for people who want to understand the different apparatus before choosing a level.
How the week runs
Classes gather most around the middle of the day and the early evening. The busiest starts are at 12:15pm and 1:15pm, then 6:15pm and 7:15pm. Early classes begin at 7:30am, and the last starts at 8:15pm. Weekday evenings, especially Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, tend to be the fullest days in the schedule. Most people book with a pass, and Wellpass and ClassPass are both accepted.
