What the studio offers

The studio is built around yoga, and most of its classes are vinyasa, a flowing style that links breath and movement. Yin and restorative classes make up another large share of the timetable, offering longer holds and a softer pace. Alongside them you will find Pilates, Kundalini, yoga nidra and sound bath sessions, including Yoga Vinyasa + Bain Sonore and Nidra + Bain Sonore.

Classes usually run 60 to 75 minutes. Some combine practice with live music or chanting, such as Yin Yoga + Chants et musique Live, while others add a particular focus like the inversions in Yoga Vinyasa + Inversions.

How the week runs

The evening is the heart of the timetable, with the busiest start times clustered between 6pm and 7:30pm. Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday are the days when the most classes run. Mornings are quieter, though the Yoga du matin : réveil énergisant class begins as early as 8:15am for those who prefer to start the day on the mat.

The Hôpital-Saint-Louis neighborhood sits on the edge of the Marais and the canal district, so the studio is easy to reach after a working day. Facilitators such as Chloé Machenaud, Jeanne POUGET and Lori Bergeron lead many of the classes, and the team counts a couple of dozen in total.
