Le Cercle Pilates is a reformer studio on Rue du Cherche-Midi, in the quiet streets of Notre-Dame-des-Champs. Pilates is at the heart of the timetable, and most classes are taught on the reformer, with a steady share of strength and sweat-focused sessions. The studio stays busy through the middle of the day and into the evening, so there is usually a class that fits a lunch break or an end-of-day practice.
It suits you if
- you want reformer Pilates on a steady weekly rhythm
- you are ready for intermediate or experienced classes
- you prefer structured, coached sessions over open practice

What you will practice
Le Cercle Pilates is built around Pilates, and the reformer is its signature. Nearly all classes fall under Pilates, and most of these are taught on the reformer. A smaller share focuses on strength, and a few are labeled as sweat-focused, so the pace can vary from one class to another.
The studio runs classes at several levels: fundamental, intermediate, intermediate/advanced, advanced and all levels. About half of the classes are marked for experienced practitioners. Solo sessions with reformer and strength coaching are also available for those who prefer one-to-one attention.
How the week runs
Classes run from 8am to 8pm. About a third of the timetable falls at midday, another third in the evening, and about a fifth in the morning. The busiest start times are noon, 4pm, 6pm and 8am, and the busiest days are Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, so weekend practice is a good option.
Typical classes last about 55 minutes. Pass options are not used at this studio, so each class is booked on its own.
