About Omvida Holistic Spaces

omvida holistic spaces sits on Rue Valadon in the Gros-Caillou neighborhood of Paris, a quiet district of the seventh arrondissement. The studio's timetable is built around evenings, with flow-based yoga and Kundalini at its center. Pilates, breathwork and sound sessions appear alongside, so a visit can be as gentle or as physical as you choose.

What you will practice

Yoga is the core of the schedule, with vinyasa and flow classes making up most of what is offered. Kundalini adds a more energetic, breath-led option, and yin and restorative classes offer a slower pace.

Pilates flow with Valentin and core and pelvic floor work give a different kind of movement, built on control and steady strength.

Who leads the classes and when

Most classes are led by Celine Linder, Anna Schumacher, Cyrielle Dutrey, Valentin Antoine, Samanta Borzi and a handful of other facilitators who teach most often at the studio. Each facilitator brings a different emphasis, so it is worth trying a few to find the one whose pace suits you.

The studio opens early enough for a morning session before work, and the two-hour Kundalini workshop with Anna gives a longer, deeper format for a weekend.

Omvida Holistic Spaces: questions and answers

When do most people practice at omvida holistic spaces?

Most classes at omvida holistic spaces run in the evening, with the busiest start times around 6:30pm, 7pm and 8pm. Earlier sessions start at 8am, and there are a few before 9am, so mornings are available but less common.

Is omvida a good place to start if I am new to yoga?

Yes. Many classes sit at the intermediate and experienced end, including advanced flow with Céline. For a gentler entry point, look for the yoga and vinyasa classes led by Cyrielle, Géraldine and Maria, which run at a steady pace.

What kinds of classes does omvida offer?

Yoga makes up about half of the timetable. Flow classes are common, and vinyasa and Kundalini each appear in about a fifth of classes. Pilates, restorative sessions and breathwork appear less often, and there are a few yin and core and pelvic floor classes.

Can I use a pass to attend?

Wellpass and ClassPass are accepted, though only about one in ten classes is bookable with a pass. Booking directly through the studio's own website, omvida.fr, is the most direct route.

How long are the classes?

Most classes last one hour. The longer sessions include a two-hour Kundalini activation workshop with Anna and a ninety-minute dance workshop with Grand Écart.

Which days are busiest?

Monday, Thursday and Sunday are the busiest days, and about a third of the timetable falls on weekends, so weekend practice is well represented here.
