POSES Studio - Marais at 28 Rue Popincourt is a reformer Pilates studio in the Roquette neighborhood of Paris. Every class is reformer Pilates, fifty minutes on the machine, with a strong pace and a focus on the core and pelvic floor. Classes are led by a large team of facilitators, which gives the timetable a wide spread through the week. Evenings are the most common time, mornings follow closely, and a fair share of classes run on weekends.
