What the studio offers
Yoga is the core of the timetable here, and vinyasa, hatha and yin each appear regularly. Pilates runs alongside it, with both studio sessions and online options. Smaller parts of the schedule cover breathwork, meditation, yoga nidra, qigong and tai chi, and mobility work, so the studio offers a wider range than a single style would.
The classes are usually 60 minutes long, with hatha sessions often running to 90 minutes. Most classes are taught in English, and a few are in German, which makes the studio accessible to people who are new to French or who prefer to practice in another language.
How the week runs
The studio starts classes at 7am and the day runs through the morning, midday and evening. Most of the classes fall in the morning and evening, with fewer at midday and on weekends. Monday, Thursday and Saturday see the most activity across the week, and the busiest start times are 11am, 12:30pm, 6pm and 6:30pm.
A few sessions begin before 9am, and the latest start is 7:45pm. This spread makes it possible to fit a class around most working hours.
