What the studio offers

The studio is built around strength. Strength, Strong and Sculpt classes make up most of the timetable, and Pilates and barre give the schedule another texture. Several classes are offered heated, such as Sculpt - heated, Pilates - heated and Strength+, so the room temperature is part of the practice.

Classes run 45 minutes and are led by a facilitator who keeps the group moving through a set sequence. Teaching is often shared between two facilitators, as with Barre-lates team teach x Tuck or Treat.

How the week runs

The week opens early. More than half of classes start before noon, and about a third begin before 9am. The earliest start is 6am, and the most common start times are 7am and 8am. Evenings are present too, with busy starts at 5:30pm and 6:30pm, and about a fifth of classes fall on weekends.

All classes are paid for individually, with no pass-based system, so you book the sessions you want as you go.
