How the week runs
Most of the schedule falls between late morning and early afternoon. About a third of the classes run in the morning and another third at midday, with the busiest start times around noon, 11:15am, 12:15pm and 4:15pm. Evening classes are fewer, and none fall on weekends. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are the days when the most classes run.
The classes themselves are mostly about 45 minutes long, with some 30-minute express sessions and longer 90-minute sports sessions for basketball and soccer.
What the classes cover

The facilitators with the most classes include Cooper Alan, Alex Swatloski, Galen Fairbanks and Edwin Montalvo. Classes are taught in English, and the team of a couple of dozen facilitators covers many different styles.
