When classes run
The timetable at Ignite Fitness leans early. More than half of the classes start in the morning, and about half begin before 9am, with 6am and 7am among the most common start times. Monday, Wednesday and Friday carry more of the week than the other days.
Evening classes are a smaller part of the schedule, with a few starting around 6pm. Midday and weekend sessions are rare, and the studio is most suited to people who can fit a practice into the start or end of the working day.
The classes and who leads them
Most sessions at Ignite Fitness run sixty minutes, with classes such as Ignition, The Ignition and Dynamic Reboot forming the core of the timetable. The Knockout is a shorter thirty-minute option for a quick session.
A small group of facilitators leads the classes, among them Mitch Hoveke, Jordyn Osborn, Ashleigh Kayser and Holly Livengood. Because the studio does not use a pass, each class is booked individually, which keeps the week simple for someone practicing at a steady pace.
